About the Sangha
Karnataka Rajya Raitha Sangha Raitha Sene is a farmers’ organisation that stands with the farmers of Karnataka. It brings farmers from villages, taluks and districts together, so that their problems reach the government and their rights are protected. The Sangha is led by State President Shantgouda, a farmer himself, who has carried the cause of farmers from his village all the way to the state level.
What We Stand For
A fair price for what farmers grow.
Water for every field, especially on dry land.
Support for farmers facing crop loss, drought and debt.
Protecting farmers’ land, livelihood and dignity.
